Trading Terms & Conditions:
Consumer Contract Regulations
As a service provider, tight regulations state you the customer may have 14 calendar days from the day the notice is sent from entering into a service contract (estimate/quotation). In which you can cancel (standard cancellation notice). The customer can choose to cancel the contract and have any payments returned, except exemptions. If you wish to cancel the contract you must do so in writing and deliver personally. Furthermore, or send this to the person/s named below within 14 days by email to info@magicorangeentertainment.co.uk.
The service provider shouldnât start providing the service before the 14 day cancellation period has ended, unless you have requested this (which may be by electronic mail, post or phone). As part of these regulations, any sum paid by or on behalf of the customer as part of the contract will be repayable in full. Except where these regulations provide otherwise.
If you request a service that starts straightawayâ In this instance you will still have the right to cancel. However, you must pay for the value of the service that is provided up to the point you cancel.
If the service is provided in full within 14 daysâ The right to cancel can be lost during the cancellation period if the service is provided in full, before the 14 days elapses.
Late Payment/s Up to 25% of the sub total due amount may be applied as an administration fee with delayed payments for any/or additional accrued costâs or late payments after the invoice date.
Exemptions- Where you wonât have a right to cancel a service. For example, after 14 days of excepting a quotation (unless agreed in writing by Magic Orange – Entertainment). Hotel bookings, flights, car/equipment hire, public/private transporation, parking fees, concerts and other event tickets are paid/ordered, themed/non-themed clothing hire, one-time purchase/s for specific requirments for your event (if you do not wish to be the owner of the item/s disposal costs may be applied). However if a quotation is sent and you confirm by means of all and including any modern/old manmade communication/s to agree, then you the customer are not bound by the regulations particular.
Business Contract Terms of Service /hire
As an enetrtainment provider, we believe in providing you with a quality service at all times, to do so, fair commercial contract terms & conditions are put in place to aid both parties in a smooth running business and highlight their responsibilities whether an Organisation, Sole Trader or LTD Company. You the customer may have as standard, 5 working calendar days from the day the deposit or full invoice is sent from entering into a service/hire contract (estimate/quotation) in which you can cancel, unless the service/s to be undertaken are due to start 14 days before your cancelation notice is received. The customer can choose to cancel the contract and have any deposits returned, except exemptions. If you wish to cancel the contract you must do so in writing and deliver personally or send this to the person/s named below within 5 working days by post or email. The entertainment provider shouldnât start providing the service before the 5 working day cancellation period has ended, unless you have requested this (which may be by electronic mail, post or phone). As part of these terms of service or hire, any sum paid by or on behalf of the customer as part of the contract will be repayable in full except where these contract terms provide otherwise.

Payment and Agreement Terms-
A ÂŁ150.00 deposit is required to secure your time/date for any event (unless agreed in writing by a representative of Magic Orange – Entertainment), then any remaining payment/s invoiced 14 working days before the event date. Payment/s in full only on invoice date. – Accepted BACS transfer/ cheques.
Up to 30 days or more after invoice date requires an application of credit prior to paying a deposit (or the deposit may not be refundable). Up to 25% of any sub total due amount may be applied as an administration fee with delayed payments outside these terms of the invoice date.
Display
The client(s) hereby allow(s) the display of any photography/videography covered by/outlined in these terms and conditions. That the display of any photography/videogrphy with permission of the copyright owner, whether photopgraphs are purchesd, given or taken by or/of any representive of Magic Orange – Entertainment, can be used to generally promote the business in advertising, instagram, facebook, TikTok, twitter and youtube, vimeo, tumblr, brochures, magazine articles, websites, sample albums and prints, venue and other vendor samples, and other such material, providing that the images used are used lawfully and without damage to the client(s). This list is not exhaustive.
Recording the Perfomers Act
A signed declaration of concent will need to be agreed (in advance of any event/media production date) in writing by the person/s name/s below for any audio recording or videography used to film, capture images, or audio sound on any type of device of a single/multiple performance or hosting as a Master of Ceremonies, whether that be in a close-up performance, on stage, live on air, streaming service, broadcast, physical media or pre-recorded content (radio/TV/podcast) or any other form of interaction when using our services (whether you are paying for a services or interviewing a representative of Magic Orange – Entertainment or The Jack of Magic). All rights are reserved to Magic Orange – Entertainment and hold the economic right of any recording, repoduction, and distrabution whether worldwide or pacific countries, until a declaration of concent is agreed and signed by both parts.
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
All trademarks reproduced in this website, which are not the property of, or licensed to the operator are acknowledged on the website.
